NEED A BREAK?
How would you like a day or two off the school lunchbox routine? Even mums who love to cook need the occasional break from routine. Packed delivers healthy, fresh, complete lunchboxes direct to school for children in pre-school to year 3. We want to make it super easy for busy mums to order, so we encourage you to sign up for one or two days for a whole term. That way you can set and forget about lunches and enjoy some extra time in the evening, or avoid the morning rush on your Packed days. And you can relax knowing that your child will receive a full lunchbox packed full of fruit, veggies, protein and complex carbohydrates for energy, without any refined sugar, no nasty additives, and no artificial colours or flavours. And in most cases, no packaging whatsoever.

WHAT IF MY CHILD IS A FUSSY EATER
We hear you! At Packed, one of our core objectives is to establish healthy eating patterns in young children, including combatting fussy eating. We have lots of great tips for fussy eaters, but one of the main things you can do is to continue to offer different foods. It might take 8-10 attempts before you child accepts a previously rejected food. We know first hand the frustration of preparing healthy meals that are rejected – so let us take the pressure off you one or two days per week. Our belief is that it is the parent’s job to put healthy food on the plate and the child’s job to choose what they will eat. In our sign-up form, we will ask you to select your child’s preferred foods from a list of healthy options. Rather than omitting foods your child doesn’t currently like, we will make sure that there is a good range of their preferred foods included in each lunchbox.
